About PAAR Marketing & PR
PAAR is aware of the rapidly changing ways of marketing. There is a plethora of new digital marketing technologies that have emerged and gained mainstream acceptance. We are always on top exploring the new ways of effective experimental marketing and offering our clients new ways of reaching and engaging consumers.
We work close with our clients in developing, managing, and measuring our marketing campaigns. Traditional ways of marketing worked in the past but understanding brands reach is so much different providing more opportunities.
With our experience in mobile, event, sports, sustainability, and social marketing, PAAR can create a flexible and effective campaign based on brand need. Every campaign starts with program development, concept, creative development, execution, and measurable results. PAAR provides our clients with the knowledge and resources necessary to achieve their goals and objectives on time and within budget.

2003 Founded in Minneapolis by James Paar where he pioneered
Portable Restroom Advertising, a patented process that James
developed. Find Patents
2005 Lands event with Taste of Minnesota reaching over one million
consumers in one week. New media developed by James Paar
goes national overnight.
New media process published in several national magazines
such as AdFed, POP Magazine, Pumper, and several others.
Begins company to specialize in event marketing and advertising.
Portable Media Inc is developed and we land first big event with
the PGA 3M Champions Tour. This started a national buzz and
Portable Media develops relationship with the PGA Tour® and
Champions Tour®.
2006 Landed Glaxo Smith Avodart® as sponsor of the Champions Tour
to support the new media concept which is still successful today.
2007 City of Chicago request the use of our new media to reach consumers
at one of the largest national events, Chicago Blues Festival.
Receive Waterford Crystal Award from the PGA Champions Tour®
at the Las Vegas Winter meeting as new unique creative advertising
and new opportunities for tour managers.
Portable Media Inc. re-organized and re-branded to expanding
markets and clients. Agency re-branded as Full Motion Marketing.
Established National Clean Air Green Tour which started Full Motion
into mobile marketing covering more than 120 events and 42 states
in the first six months. This tour showcased brands along with the
development of green education and assisting in preserving our natural
resources.
Bosch Appliance account landed for sponsorship of the National Clean
Air Green Tour™. Our creative team builds Bosch Home Appliances an
all interactive green mobile display showcasing the energy efficiency of
Bosch appliances.
Developed program for Ethanol showcasing the #22 INDY Team
promoting the Ethanol brand and creating awareness across the nation.
This placed us in the sports marketing category.
Our first Ethanol promotion was so successful it attracted all four major
news helicopters to our event.
2008 The popularity of the National Clean Air Green Tour developed into an
annual event covering over 50,000 miles every summer.
2009 Added new creative and mobile marketing vehicles increasing exposure
to our mobile marketing efforts.
Receives 2009 GREENS Excellence Award in New York for environmental
sustainable marketing campaigns.
2010 Re-brand Full Motion Marketing to PAAR Media Group in order to meet
our clients needs. Understanding the rules of marketing and PR makes this
the most important move in our history.
Biggest year yet for PAAR PR & Marketing. Due to the success of our sports
and mobile marketing skills we were asked to develop a NASCAR®
sancationed race team for 2010. One of the oldest most developed race team
owners asked for us to develop an all green race team for the Nationwide Series.
The focus of the team is to promote green brands and help develop the sport
into an environmental conscious sport.
Relocates to Pensacola Florida due to high volume of event & mobile marketing.
Also this gives us better position with race organizers and suitable climate for
building displays.
PAAR PR & Marketing sees the power of social media and networking. Launches
Social Marketing campaigns and creative. New this year is the development of
iPhone & Android applications for brands.
PAAR PR & Marketing creates new division of marketing focusing on energy
marketing. Working with state and federal agencies developing energy plans,
education, including energy efficient product installation.
This Spring we are launching Clean Air Green Tour™ TV in conjunction with the
launch of our annual tour which will start in June.
Paar Media takes on well know sports event Thunder on the Gulf World Championship
responsible for securing sponsorships and developing all PR & marketing.
